She was predeceased by: her mother Rebecca Staten; her husband Earl Thompson; her daughter Barbara Thompson Donelson; and her siblings, Bobbie Staten, Betty Staten and Norma Staten (Midgie).
She is survived by: her son Rodney Thompson (Theresa) of Gonzales, LA; and her grandsons, Timothy Thompson of Baton Rouge, LA, Patrick Thompson of Danville, VA, Ryan Donelson of Jacksonville and Alex Donelson of Jacksonville. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
