He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Phillips and Betty Phillips (Mills). He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Phillips (Amiya Ferrell), Broc and Bracken Phillips; his grandchildren, Chaeli Thomas and Carter McNeely; and his siblings, Tracy Phillips-Amdal, Mark Phillips (Micki) and Dale Phillips (Tami). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
