He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Tracy and Frances Tracy (Waldo); his son Thomas Tracy, Jr.; and his brothers, Edward Tracy and Terrance Tracy.

He is survived by: his wife Paula Tempel; his daughter Holly Keleher (Kary) of Champaign; his daughter-in-law Erin Tracy of White Heath; his grandchildren, Alex and Maggie Tracy; and his brother Kevin Tracy (Peggy) of Monticello.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family requests donations be made to either St. Joseph Catholic Church or the Ivesdale Fire Department.
