Ralph Dewight Custer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2023, at the age of 89, Ralph Dewight Custer of Iuka, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Joseph and Virginia May Custer; and his wife Fern Rankin. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Custer (Sherrie), Keith Custer, Steven Custer (Martina) and Scott Custer; his grandchildren, Brandon Custer, Allen Custer, Tonya Coppage, Lindsay Goldberg-Custer and Jack Jarrett; his great grandchildren, Brandon Robert, Gracie Custer, Maximillian Custer, Kira and Kenzie Coppage; and his siblings, Barbara Arthur and Jim Custer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Iuka United Methodist Church and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home at 310 North Broadway/ P.O. Box 97 Salem, Illinois 62881, (618) 548-1234, who is honored to be of service to Ralph's family.
