With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia M. Nolan (Itasca, Illinois), who passed away on April 28, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Deacon John "Jack"; her children, Michael Nolan (late Noreen), Julie Hake (John), Kevin Nolan (Tina), Grammy of Sarah, Jack, Erin Nolan, Katie, Juliana, Mary Clare, Madeline Hake and Bridget Nolan; and her siblings, Anne "Nancy" Lonis (late Gus), Rita Carmody (John Stevens), Mary Donlan (late Joe) and John Carmody. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Guerin Preparatory High School would be appreciated.
