She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Edwards; her children, Aimee Edwards, Jason Edwards (Gosia) and Allison McCarthy (Darren); her grandchildren, Dayne, Chad, Ashley, Jenna, Owen, Harper, Tony and Juliette; her parent Frank Mindak; her siblings, James F. Mindak (Carolyn Alonzo) and Susan Ellinger (Ken); her nieces and nephews, Kate Mindak, Kim Paleka (Kirk), Ed Rinda, Vince Alonzo (Nicole) and Kenny Ellinger (Julie); and also, Devoted and Cherished.
