She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gregory Hemmelgarn, Derrick Hemmelgarn (Megan), Michael Jach, Joelle Jach, Heather Mazeikis, Emily Mazeikis, Adam Hemmelgarn and Jeffrey Hemmelgarn; and her great grandchild Alexis Hemmelgarn.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in Chicago would have made Jeannette happy.
