As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Glenn Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his child Glenn Schneider Jr.; his brother Scott Schneider (Nancy); his siblings-in-law, William Kortum (June) and Karel Heike; and his parents, Robert Schneider and Mary Ann Schneider.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A prayer will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 12:45 PM at the Mount Emblem Cemetery (520 E Grand Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
