She is survived by: her husband Elmer Mensching; her daughter-in-law Karen Mensching; her grandchildren, Jonathan Mensching (Carolyn), Bethany Stika (Larry) and Peter Mensching (Becky); her great grandchildren, Katy and Magnolia Mensching; her son Donald; and her granddaughter Kathryn.
