Dianna left this world on January 14, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her children, Paula Cilia (Mike), Laura LaCombe (Mike), Damen Kompanowski and Kevin Kompanowski; her grandchildren, Nicholas Cilia (Lindsay), Olivia Cilia, Michael Cilia, Matt LaCombe and George LaCombe; her brother Harvey Birr Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Kathy Birr and Robert Kompanowski (Cathy); her nieces and nephews, Janine, Colette, Kristine, Darren (Dawn), Amanda (Jim), Caitlin and Kelly (Andy); and her husband Daniel Kompanowski.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Peter the Apostle Church (551 N Rush St, Itasca, IL 60143). An entombment was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St Adalbert Catholic Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
