With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Diane Beverly Hegstrom of Itasca, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Diane Beverly left this world on April 16, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard G. Hegstrom (Dick); her sister Donna (late Jack); and her siblings-in-law, Beverly (late Mel), David and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Craig R. (Renee) and Julie Nosal (Tom); her grandchildren, Anne Marie Walsh (Bryan), Richard Hegstrom (Stacey Reed), Allison Nosal, Scott Hegstrom (Nora), Ed Nosal (Angie) and Jessica D. Wright (Rick); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Oliver, Ricky, Quinn and Wesley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lutheran Church of St. Luke (410 S Rush St, Itasca, IL 60143).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Luke Lutheran School or the Wounded Warrior Project would be appreciated.
