He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Torres; his children, Jessica Sullivan (Brooks), Chris Junior Vargas and Jamie Vargas; and his granddaughters, Violet and Reya.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
