Conrad Hengst Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2025, Conrad Hengst (Itasca, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rhonda Dawson; his parents, Leone Rouse and Kenneth Hengst Sr.; and his brother Al Hengst. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Hengst, Sabrina Raffaelli and Ashley Dawson; his stepdaughter Kelly Vlahakis-Hanks; his son Robert Genty; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Cameron Polifka, Luciano, Joaquin, Antonio Raffaelli-Hernandez and Alexsia Hanks; and his siblings, Ken Hengst Jr., Kathie Frasier and Richard Rouse. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A procession will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Center Church (400 N Walnut St, Itasca, IL 60143).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The Center Collective (communitycenter.life) or Food for the Soul Ministries (food4thesoul.org), in honor of Conrad's lifelong commitment to helping others.
