He was predeceased by: his sibling John Fuscone (Josephine). He is survived by: his spouse Patricia; his children, Charles Jr. (Kimberly) and Kimberly Dattilo (Gino); his grandchildren, Charles Jack, Chase Anthony Fuscone, Maria Rose and Nicole Marie Dattilo; and also Devoted.
