It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Ida Payne of Island Lake, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George; her sibling Torello Tacchi (late Page); and her parents, Albert Tacchi and Maria Tacchi. She is survived by: her sons, Albert and Sean; her grandchildren, Morgan and Albert "A. J."; and her sibling Mirella Minnick (late LeRoy).
