Michael D. Carlson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael D. Carlson (Island Lake, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 2, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ellen, Zachary, Benjamin and Daniel; his significant other Cindy Schofield; his son John Fuessl; and his siblings, Thomas Shields and James Shields.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the Hunger Resource Network, an organization close to the hearts of Mike and Cindy.
