He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forrest Ramsey, Sr. and Hilda Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Ramsey; his son James Ramsey; his brother Art Ramsey; and his pet Millie. He is also survived by four stepchildren and many grandchildren.
