He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norin Rakstad and Violet Rakstad (Enger); his wife Jean Rakstad (Coddington); his children, Valerie Robbins (Larry), Brenda King and Ernest Rakstad (Janice); his grandchildren, Amanda King, Lawrence Robbins (Yuko), Danielle Rakstad and Erick Robbins (Whitney); and his siblings, Eunice Milne and Roger Rakstad. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
