It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy R. Hector (Island Lake, Illinois), who passed away on May 31, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Grisiniski and Rose Grisiniski; her husband James "Ray" Hector; her siblings, Lorraine Baker and Edward Grisinski; and her son-in-law Wayne Schutz.

She is survived by: her children, Carol A. Schutz, Barbara J. Pomeroy, Michael J. Hector (Janice L.) and Robert J. Hector; her grandchildren, Rebecca R. Klutts, Jeffrey Schutz, David Schutz, Stephen Schutz, Caleb Hector, Joshua Hector, Christopher Hector, Bethany Pomeroy, Andrew Pomeroy and Jessica Pomeroy; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Schutz, Carrington Klutts and Asher Klutts. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
