Connie R. Gotsch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie R. Gotsch of Island Lake, Illinois, born in Baraboo, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kapelke and Lena Belle Kapelke; and her siblings, Donna, Faye, Betty, Carl and Bonnie.
She is survived by: her children, David Gotsch (Tracy) and Chris Gotsch (Courtney); her grandchildren, Amber, Amanda, Morgan, Peyton, Lucas, Ethan, Jacob and Angela; and her siblings, Carol, Ellen and Larry. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home (235 N Main St, Wauconda, IL 60084). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as her twin sister and best friend Bonnie battled an aggressive lymphoma.
