She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Kramer; her father Gerald Swift; and her brother Michael Swift (Kim). She is survived by: her children, Jessica Kramer and Chris Kramer; her mother Peggy Swift; her mother-in-law Carol Kramer; and her siblings, David Swift, Sara Morrison (Denis), Mary Powers (Jay), Charles Swift (Deb), Patrick Swift (Nadra), Tom Swift (Carol Copeland) and John Swift (Janine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
