Harding; his children, Robert Bailey, Jr. of League City, TX., Frances Kasten (Ben) of Hoyleton and Elizabeth Bailey of League City, TX.; his brother William Bailey of Richmond, VA.; and his grandchildren, Ellie, Evie, Wynnie and Emmie Kasten.
