With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Lynn Witzel of Irvington, Illinois, who passed away on June 9, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Williams and Alice Williams (Yanke). She is survived by: her husband Roger Witzel; her children, Erin Sherill of Pecatonica, IL, Eric Witzel (Margot) of Kirkland, IL, Ian Witzel and Kim Elderbrook of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Madison, Scott and Shawna; her siblings, Paul Williams of Tensed, ID and Debbie Tyra (Jerry) of Baldwyn, MS; and her parents-in-law, Virginia and Charles R. Witzel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Rebecca's honor to the American Cancer Society in Illinois and will be accepted for the family at Irvin Macz Funeral Home 234 South Elm St. Centralia, IL 62801.
