He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Earl Sr. and Blanche Parks (Batson); his former wife Christine L Stonecipher; and the mother of his children Christine Abinathy. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dee" Parks of Irvington; his sons, Michael Parks (Mary) of Kansas City, MO, Stephen Parks (Katie) of Edwardsville and Randy Parks of Centralia; and his stepsons, Everet "Butch" Witthaus Jr. of Alton and Joseph Witthaus (Darlene) of Hoyleton, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made in Henry's honor to the Centralia VFW Post 2055.
