He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Craig and Sara; his siblings, Will and Lula; his grandparents, Bob and Lisa Lewandowski; his uncles, Sean Swiatkowski (Jodi) and Eric Lewandowski (Megan McKeon); his cousins, Evan, Jordan, Emily, Hailey, Leon and Isa (Ava); his grandparents, Leon "Red" and Kathy Swiatkowski; and also Coco.
In lieu of flowers, Leo's family requests donations to Dion's Chicago Dream, an organization Leo held dear.
