She is survived by: her children, Merle Elam (Ann) of Coal City, Bonnie Sue Scheifer (Floyd) of Irving and Rhonda Scheifer of Witt; her grandchildren, Joanna Dames (Shawn), Brian Elam (Taushia), Stephanie Smith (Ken), Rebecca Wood (Brad), Jewell Ann Scheifer (Keith Raymond), Kimberly Scheifer (Colton Smith), Courtney Bounds (Andy) and Tristen Scheifer (Caitlyn); and her sister Lucy Ross of Taylor Springs.
