He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Wiggins and Audrey Wiggins (McDaniels). He is survived by: his former spouse Marylin Purcell; his children, David Wiggins (Robin) of Irving, IL and Joyce Miller (Gary) of Fillmore, IL; and his grandchildren, Kevin Clark (Keri), Kyle Clark (Kelisha), Dana McDonald (Brandon), Kyle Wiggins (Allie), Hannah Tomazzoli (Matt) and Christina Cerutti (Reid). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
