He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Sapp and Luella Sapp (Ramsey); and his siblings, Carroll Sapp, Ralph Sapp, Leroy Sapp, Vernon Sapp, Charles Sapp, Ira Sapp, Ethel Sapp and Mary Cruse.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Loy (Floyd) of LaClede. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
