She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McKinney and Hazel McKinney (Chesnut); her husband Lowell Kepley; and her brother Jerry McKinney. She is survived by: her children, Danny Kepley (Debbie) of Ingraham, Greg Kepley (Carol) of Ingraham, Linda Probst (Dale) of Wheeler, Lana Mahaffey (Danny) of Wheeler and Doug Kepley (Joan) of Monticello; and her sister-in-law Virginia McKinney of Dieterich, Illinois.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren 26 great-grandchildren.
In loving memory of Shirley, memorials may be made to Headyville Christian Church.
