We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2018, at the age of 96, Paul Mullins (Ingraham, Illinois), born in Bible Grove, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleeo Alva and Laura M. Mullins (Wyatt); his son Vaughn Mullins; and his brothers, Loren Mullins and Clyde Mullins.
He is survived by: his spouse Noma J. Kepley; his daughters, Beverly Taylor of Birmingham, England Cooper and Rita Cooper (Gary) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Stephanie Twazzi (Anas) of Birmingham, Luke Taylor of London, Travis Cooper (Charlotte) of Xenia and Laura Blomme (Patrick) of Victor, IA; and his sister Edith Mullins of Effingham. He is also survived by his parents; wife.
The family requests no flowers or gifts and prefers donations be made to Ingraham Cemetery Fund or Clay County Hospice and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
