He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kessler and Helen Kessler (Kuenstler); his siblings, Erma Rauch (Melvin), Elizabeth Coan (Tom), Gertrude Rauch (Clifford), Frieda Kessler, Carolyn Frohning (Robert) and Paul Kessler (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Kessler (Carl) and Martha Kessler (Ben).
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Beck (Michael), Myron Kessler, Brenda Plocher (Scott), Rita Lakamp (Jonathan), Janet Meyers (Ryan) and Helen Weber (Zachary); his grandchildren, Natasha Jolin (Beck), Brianna Stamm (Beck), Lexie, Kirsten Plocher, Danny, Jared, Lauren Lakamp, Ava, Ashlynn Meyers, Leo, Jacob, Adam, Curtis and Jack Weber; his great grandchildren, Nora, Ian Jolin, Bradley and Colt Stamm; and his brothers, Carl Kessler, Ben Kessler and Hugh Kessler (Frances). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
