She is survived by: her husband Gary Carter of Ingraham; her children, Lesta Fitzpatrick (Andrew) of St. Charles, Missouri and Jay Carter (Melissa) of Liberty, Missouri; her grandchildren, Emma Carter and Ian Carter; her pet Charlie; her siblings, Sherry Hosselton (Leon) of Clay City, Larry Wattles (Judy) of Louisville, Alan Wattles (Kay) of Waterloo, Illinois and Brad Wattles of Effingham; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Hosselton (Lori) of Clay City, Mickie Lykins (Brian) of Woodstock, Melissa Smith of Effingham, Shannon Leonard (Kyle) of Ingraham, Mitch Wattles (Bethany) of Webster Groves, MO, Sonya Howard (Justin) of Bronston, KY and Miranda Wattles of Indianapolis, IN..
