She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Willard, Julia Ann Workman (Matlock), John and Emogene Butler (Kurt Moldroski). She is survived by: her parents, Joe Butler and Judy Butler; her siblings, Jana South, Joetta McFarland, Jenessa Lutz and Jeremy Butler; her nieces and nephews, Jacob, Hunter, Aden, Jade, Jaci and Trinity; and her brother Johnny Butler. She is also survived by four brothers-in-law.
Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Hospice and will be accepted through the funeral home.
