He was predeceased by: his parent Anna Mae Rush. He is survived by: his parent James Marion; his children, Jeff Weaver of Effingham, Chris Rush (Ashley) of Louisville, Illinois and Amber Rush; his sister Twila Bannick (Rick) of Dieterich, Illinois; his grandchildren, Samantha Weaver, Jeffrey Weaver Jr., Dravin Zuber, Macey Rush, Avery Dunning, Oliver Weaver and Lennox Weaver; his wife Pamela Rush; his nephew Justin Bannick; and his niece Brittany Bannick. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Parkinson's research or donor's choice.
