With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth I. Bailey of Ingleside, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earnest Bailey Sr.; her daughter Susan Lynn Bailey; and her sister Clara Jensen. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Prescott (late Dwight), Lois Harvey (Douglas), Earnest Bailey Jr. (Patti), Pat Smith (Ron), Barbara Garvin (Fred), Mary Appelhans (Jim), Bill Bailey (late Marie), Ed Bailey (Tery) and Michael Bailey (Nancy); and her siblings, Kay Hughes and Everett Louis Gilliam.
