She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson and Vivian VanHoozer; her husband James E Locke; her sons, William L Locke of Phoenix, AZ and David L Locke of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, William Locke Jr. and Christina Locke; and her siblings, Fred, Marie, Vivian and Jeannie.
She is survived by: her sons, James E Locke Jr. of Texas, Frank J Locke of Raleigh, NC and Raymond D Locke of Ingleside, IL; her grandchildren, James (JT), Johnny, Louie, Melissa and Vanessa; and her children-in-law, Debbie, Mary, Barbara, Robin, Sharon, Kelly and Heather. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
