He was predeceased by: his father Wade Scholz Sr.; and his grandfather George Kontaxis. He is survived by: his mother Mary Scholz Sr. (Kontaxis); his wife Samantha Scholz (Ducat); his children, Gino, Addilay and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Wade Scholz Jr. (Larissa) and Jennifer Biban (Anthony). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In accordance with public gatherings restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
