He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bouma and Janet Bouma; and his brothers, Richard and Bill Bouma. He is survived by: his sons, John Bouma (Jamie) and Brian Bouma (Kate); his grandchildren, Ian Bouma, Nolan Bouma, Jaelyn Bouma, Jackson Bouma and Gavin Bouma; and his sister Joanne Dubs (Jack).
