It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gabriel J. Lojdl of Ingleside, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Belo Lojdl and Zofia Lojdl; and his wife Violet Fanello. He is survived by: his children, Diana Whited (Kevin) of Ingleside, Michael Lojdl (Diane) and Katherine Atkins (Dana) of Gurnee; his grandchildren, Michael Atkins (Kayla), Philip Lojdl (Nikki) and Robin Atkins (Austin Cunningham) of Gurnee; and his great grandchildren, Aviana and Lainey Lojdl of Round Lake.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamsher Lakeside Funerals & Cremations (12 N Pistakee Lake Rd, Fox Lake, IL 60020). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Ascension Cemetery (1920 W Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048).
