She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Bazata (Sarah), Donna Budil, Jerry Bazata (Vicki) and Linda Bazata; her grandsons, Dean, Mark Bazata (Heather), David (Ashley Garfield) and Aaron Bazata (Amy Means); and her great grandchildren, Emma and Jacob Bazata.
