She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Summers and Crisa Summers (Jones); her son Brandon Gale Fowler; and her sisters, Evadene and Jolane.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Fowler of Ina; her children, Stephen Fowler (Shelley) of Ina, Cindy Dulin (Mike) of Swansea and Christopher Fowler of Ina; her grandchildren, Jeremy Fowler, Breanne Bryan (Billy), Brittany Suhling (Brandon), Destiny Whitfield (Brian), Kirk Dulin (Aubrey), Heaghan Fowler, Kryslyn Shew (Dalton) and Brooklyn Ward (Daulton); and her great grandchildren, Halie, Lukas, Junior, Urijah, Breckin, Jensen, Asher, Edie, Connor, Camryn, Addison and Whitlee. She is also survived by her husband, her children and grandchildren.
We ask everyone attending the services to be considerate if others and practice social distancing. We are limited to 50 people in our building at a time and masks are recommended.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Hope Cemetery in Mrs. Fowler's memory.
