She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ramsey and Neveda Ramsey (Glasco); her husband Paul "Sonny" Allen; her brother Ted Ramsey; her grandchild Chanda Jean Smith; her parents-in-law, Earl and Freda Allen; her brothers, Randall (Geraldine Ramsey) and Ray (Trudy Allen); and her brothers-in-law, Lowell Allen and Roy Harvill.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Smith (Randy), Sandra Frick (Marvin) and Mike Allen (Sara) of Bonnie; her grandchildren, Randa Rowland (Chris), Cody Allen (Sadie Herr), Ethan Allen and Jacob Frick; her great grandchild Shaylen Rowland; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Jean Harvill, Darlene Allen, Donald Allen (Mary) and Buddy Allen (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorials be given to the Kirk Cemetery in her honor.
