She is survived by: her children, Brett Allen Cook of Champaign and Lee Ann Wyer of Georgetown, IL; her grandchildren, Jaimee Martin (Robert) of Georgetown, Jesse Wyer of Bloomington, Charles Nevels of Georgetown and Chasitee Nevels of Georgetown; and her great grandchildren, Robert, Hope, Anna, Ethan, Madeline, Grayson, Gideon and Lena.
