He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester L. Pelham and Josephine Pelham (Floyd); and his brother Lester Leon Pelham. He is survived by: his wife Bette; his children, Lester Leon "Lee" Pelham and Shannon Pelham; and his sisters, Donna M. Smith, Joyce A. Bogardus and Linda L. Pelham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
