He was predeceased by: his parents, Coyne Kaylor and Theresa Kaylor; and his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Kaylor (Cindy), Marci Morrison (Ken), Karen Womack (Randy), John Kaylor (Peggy) and Patti Kaylor. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the IL State Police Heritage Foundation or Resurrection Parish.
