He is survived by: his wife Betty Diaz-Shartzer; his sons, Brian, Stacy and Micky Shartzer; and his siblings, Jonathan, Patsy, Cora, Dotty and Jayne. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
