He is survived by: his wife Sue (Quigley); his children, Jennifer Bivens, Catherine Bivens, Don Bivens (Krista) and Tim Bivens; his stepchildren, Janna Drew (Dennis) and Jerry Aldridge (Amy); and his brother Steve Bivens (Ailyn). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
