She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Wright and Lucinda Pearl Wright; her husband Earl Simmons Sr.; her sisters, Wanda and Earlene; and her daughter Linda Loyd.
She is survived by: her sister Marie Clifton Morrison of Michigan; her children, Sue Harter (Harry) of West Virginia, Rose Beaston of Mt. Auburn and Earl Simmons Jr. (Jill) of Assumption; her son-in-law David Loyd of Illiopolis; and her nieces, Shirley Mattingly (John), Pam Palmer of Oklahoma and Janet Oyler of Michigan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
