He was predeceased by: his parents, William H., Jr. and Ruth Leopard (Stroud); his daughter Christie Leopard; and his grandchildren, Braeden Leopard and Dakota Roate.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra DeClercq; his children, William Leopard (Annette) and Brandy Young (John); his grandchildren, Joseph Leopard (Kayleene), Zeth Leopard and Nathan Leopard; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Lexie, Ryliegh, Ian and Kiptyn.
A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held on Sunday, October 20th at the Illinois City Hall, beginning at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family.
