She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Leonard and Madeline Leonard (Hoffmann); and her brothers, Gerald, Jim and Richard Leonard.
She is survived by: her husband David O. Van Loon; her stepson David Van Loon (Julie); her stepgrandson Darick Van Loon; and her siblings, Bill Leonard (Eileen), Thomas Leonard of Springfield, OH, David Leonard, Michael Leonard (Linda), Betty Nerhus of Lost Nation, IA, Sandra Ulrich, Davenport, Pat Hagloch (Tom) and Robert Leonard.
